Jameel Alghanah

Managing Director

Jameel Alghanah is the founder and visionary behind Alghanah Group W.L.L. In 1984, Jameel was working as a carpenter in a small company, he took a leap of faith and left that company to start a small construction company. That company would develop into Alghanah Group W.L.L. one of the most respected names within the building industry.

Today, Jameel continues to lead the company, providing leadership, opportunity and compassion. Even with its growth and success, Alghanah Group W.L.L. continues to reflect his personal devotion to family, community and innovation.

Mohamed Alghanah

Executive Manager

A graduate of the prestigious Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Mr. Mohamed Alghanah’s first foray in to business was in the year 2008. He now handles the operations in real estate, civil, administration and financial divisions of the organization.

Mahmood Alghanah

Factory Manager

Mr. Mahmood Alghanah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Administrative Studies, from Suffolk University. He oversees the administrative operations of the factories under Alghanah Group WLL, such as Carpentry, Aluminium, Welding, etc.

Thomas Mathai

Contracts Manager

A BSC Civil Engineer, he is one of the senior most members of the organization. Mr. Thomas Mathai has been with us for over twenty five years, and is a key member of the core team that is directly responsible for the phenomenal growth of the company.
